Coaches at Trackmyspeed are offering a multitude of training levels to accommodate varying ages and fitness levels and to provide a positive Track & Field experience. Our technology provides TMS coaches with powerful tools to efficiently create individual training regimens for their entire team. The secret behind Trackmyspeed is our ability to provide our coaches with real-time adjustable pace charts that reflect each athlete. Our goal is to eliminate the guess work and mathematical errors while creating a training regimen and to provide coaches with the proper knowledge and experience needed to stimulate an athlete’s full potential.
The High School Program is our original training platform that customize individual training and strength regimens formulated with three main components (practice, recovery and competition). This program balance sprints, hurdles and field event training, giving athletes a larger window of success. Challenging for most athletes, but we are committed to helping all achieve their personal best. This program accept all skill levels, we only require three-to-four days a week of training. Trackmyspeed take great pride in developing our own champions from the ground up.
In 2014-’15, Miya Dorsey became Trackmyspeed’s first 400m Hurdler 2x National Champion. By Summer 2016, the team achieved 6 National Champions, placed 27 USATF All-Americans and 7 IHSA State Championships. It is an honor to state 95% of Trackmyspeed athletes achieve Personal Records and qualify for the USATF National Junior Olympics each year. By default most of our athletes qualify for their state championships and are more likely to advance to finals. While our Personal Record success rate is at its all-time high, we accept the challenge of finding athletes that are willing to make the time commitment and meet our expectations. Our 2017 mission is to increase our success rate to 99.99%.
The Middle School Program uses the same training platform to customize individual training regimens as the High School Program, but with a lower difficulty level, less time commitment and allow you to keep your other sport. This program is designed to accommodate those athletes that are interest in Trackmyspeed, but has not joined, due to the level of difficulty or involved in another sport. By joining the Middle School Program athletes are able to experience the High School Program without the full commitment. Our mission is to encourage athletes to join Trackmyspeed.
This program is recommended for 8th grade and younger.
